People, Talent & Learning Officer

The People, Talent & Learning Officer plays a key role in shaping a positive and engaging employee experience at Riverina Water. As part of a collaborative and values-driven People & Culture team, you’ll provide day to day support across the organisation while contributing to the delivery of inclusive initiatives that support our people to thrive.

This is a varied, hands on role with broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll help bring our people practices to life- supporting leaders and employees, and contribute to a workplace culture that is inclusive, supportive, and aligned with our values.

In this role, you will:

• Provide responsive, practical people support to employees and leaders

• Support the delivery of learning and career development initiatives

• Deliver talent attraction, recruitment, and retention activities

• Maintain employee skills frameworks and support salary systems

• Deliver reporting and insights to inform people-related decision-making

• Collaborate on key People & Culture initiatives and programs including Riverina Water’s employee wellbeing program, WELL.
