By Notice published in the NSW Government Gazette on 16 October 2026 [NSWGG-2026-426-3], Riverina Water County Council compulsorily acquired proposed Lot 1 DP1316822, being part of land comprised in Folio Identifier 1/596611, an easement for water supply and a right of access shown in DP1316822 over proposed Lot 2 in DP1316822, being part of land comprised in Folio Identifier 1/596611, under the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991 and the Local Government Act 1993 for the purposes of potable water storage and supply.
